EID/RAMADAN🚨‼️

Ramadan & Eid Order Policy

Due to the high demand during the Ramadan and Eid season, order volumes significantly increase during this period.

To ensure timely delivery before Eid, guaranteed Ramadan & Eid orders open in December and close on January 10th. Orders placed within this period will be prioritized and prepared in time for the season.

Any orders placed after January 10th will automatically be placed on a waitlist basis. While we will do our best to complete these orders as quickly as possible, delivery within our standard 4–14 working days timeframe cannot be guaranteed during the Ramadan period.

By placing an order after the January 10th deadline, customers acknowledge that their order may be delivered after Ramadan or Eid depending on production capacity and order volume.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as each Dalila The Label piece is carefully crafted to maintain the quality and detail our brand is known for.

REGULAR TIMELINE:

We are a UAE-based brand, all our pieces are handcrafted with care and intention.

All orders are made to order and require 4–14 working days for production before shipping. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to quality and detail. We do not participate in fast fashion, and we do not rush our process.

Our working days are Monday through Thursday. Orders are not produced or processed on weekends or national holidays. Delays may occur during national holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and selected delivery method.

Some pieces are created using imported materials, which may occasionally result in extended production or shipping timelines.

 

Custom Orders & Special Requests

Orders that include special instructions, custom requests, or sizing modifications may require additional production time beyond the standard 4–14 working days. These requests are handled individually to ensure accuracy and quality.

If you are working within a specific timeframe, you must contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility, especially during holidays or peak periods. If you require fast turnaround, we kindly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Shipping & Tracking

 

As our pieces are handmade, there is no way to track the production process. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from the designated shipping company, where applicable.

For UAE domestic orders, shipping is handled locally and tracking information is not provided.

 

Acceptance of Term

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production, shipping, and tracking timelines and conditions.
