Refund policy
At DalilatheLabel, every piece is carefully handmade to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. Because of the custom nature of our work, we kindly ask you to review the following policies before placing your order:
1. Refunds
- We maintain a no-refund policy, in line with our Dubai trade license.
- In very rare and exceptional cases, and only at our discretion, we may provide store credit instead.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are considered only in rare cases, and only within the UAE.
- If approved, all shipping costs (to and from the customer) must be covered by the customer.

- Sizing and color choices are the customerβs responsibility.

A detailed size chart is available, and we also offer custom sizing through the Special Instructions box at checkout.
3. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations may be requested within 24β48 hours of purchase.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit only.
- After this timeframe or once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

4. Handmade & Custom-Made Policy
- As each piece is made to order, we do not carry ready-to-wear stock.
- For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
5. Shipping Responsibility
- Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
- In cases where an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping fees.
